Please review this important information below, including the shuttle and event schedules, check-in, welcome reception, networking opportunities and details about the Embassy Suites Grapevine.

Lodging Reservations or calling #972-724-2600. Also, if you have one, bring your ministry organization’s ‘Texas Tax Exemption Certificate’ to provide at the time of hotel check-in. The front desk will make the adjustments to remove the taxes from your final bill.

Complimentary airport transfers are only provided between DFW Airport and the Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW Airport North hotel on first and last day of the Forum. It is not available from other airports, off-site lodging, or local locations. Attendees staying elsewhere or traveling through a different airport will be responsible for arranging their own transportation.
Complimentary shuttle service is provided from Dallas/Fort Worth Airport (DFW) to the Embassy Suites Grapevine on Monday, Sept 28 starting at 6am until 10:30pm.
(You will need to rent a car or take an Taxi, Uber or Lyft if you are flying into Dallas Love Airport)
PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS at DFW:
Locate the Purple Shuttle Pick up Signs on the lower level of each terminal. A5, A35, B7, B46, C20, D5, D33, E10, E36.
After you pick up your luggage, call the Embassy Suites hotel at # 972-724-2600 and press 5 for Shuttle, and it will play an automated message asking for which gate/terminal you are located, how many people are in your party, and your phone number.
It will also give an anticipated wait/pickup time. For example, if the shuttle is almost full for the requested pickup time, it will say "full" and what the next pickup time will be. Please be advised that DFW Airport is undergoing construction, so shuttle locations may change.
**If you are not at the lower level, it will instruct you to go to the gate and then call back. Please do not schedule a shuttle until you are at the pickup location; otherwise, you might get missed.
From 9:30am - 5:30pm, you can also look for GACX Representatives in blue shirts with 'GACX Forum' signs in baggage claims to assist with pickup instructions for the shuttle.
Upon arrival at Embassy Suites Grapevine, the shuttles will drop you off at the front entrance, where you should visit the front desk to check in for your lodging, drop your luggage off, and pick up a map for Grapevine to orient yourself to the area. For those driving, self-parking is complimentary. If you provide the front desk with your phone number, they can text you when your room is ready. Rooms will be available by 4:00 pm; however, if you still have time before your room is ready, you are welcome to relax and connect with other attendees in the beautiful hotel Atrium.
Check-In for the Forum will begin at 1:00 pm at the Conference Lobby Desk on Monday, Sept 28.
At check-in, you will receive your Forum Name Badge & Lanyard, Program and Welcome Bag. This location will also serve as our Information Desk for any questions during the Forum. Name Badges are your credentials for admittance and must be worn at all times to attend Forum Sessions and Meals. Lanyard colors represent blue for attendees, green for sponsors, red for no-photos & black for our staff & event teams.
Welcome Bags will be available at the Forum Registration Check-In Desk in the Conference Lobby and will include water and snacks. Hallford’s Mercantile at the hotel will also be open on your arrival day for refreshments and amenities from 6am - 6pm. Hors d'oeuvres & Desserts will be served at the Welcome Reception on Monday from 6 - 8 pm in the Atrium.

All guest rooms at Embassy Suites are spacious 2-room suites, featuring king or double beds, a living area with a sleeper sofa, a microwave, and are all shareable. The hotel is three miles from DFW International Airport, and under a mile from Grapevine Mills Mall and Restaurants. Historic downtown Grapevine is only a ten-minute drive. Enjoy access to our free airport shuttle from 6am - 10:30pm every 30 minutes, free parking, complimentary evening reception, on-site restaurant, indoor pool, fitness center, and daily made-to-order breakfast. Hallford’s Mercantile is open daily from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. Drinks and amenities are also available at the hotel front desk.
The Forum ends at 11:30am on Thursday, October 1 and complimentary shuttle service is provided from the Embassy Suites Grapevine to Dallas/Fort Worth Airport (DFW) every half hour starting at 6:00 am until 10:30 pm, and it is recommended to come down 10 minutes prior to the shuttle leaving.
(You will need to rent a car or take a taxi, Uber, or Lyft if you are flying out of Dallas Love Airport.)
Check out between 6:00 am and 8:15 am on Thursday, October 1, before the Closing Session begins. You may drop off luggage at the hotel Front Desk.

Also note that the tables in the Ballroom will be numbered, so you can plan to connect with old or new friends at main sessions and meals in advance.

Come to connect with those attending the Forum, and enjoy Hors d'oeuvres & Desserts on Monday, Sept 28, from 6 - 8 pm in the Atrium at the Embassy Suites Grapevine.
Meals
Breakfast, Lunch & Beverage Breaks will be provided Tuesday - Thursday in the Atrium. Dinner on Tuesday night is in the Heritage Ballroom. Wednesday night is a free night for you to enjoy time to connect with others at nearby restaurants in Grapevine.

On Tuesday morning, all ladies are welcome to connect and dine with other ladies in attendance at the Forum in Heritage I, after you pick up your breakfast from the buffet in the Atrium.

For security reasons, this conference information will not be accessed by anyone not attending the Forum. You can download the app via the link or QR code below.
We encourage non-English speaking attendees to utilize self-service tools at their own discretion. Google Translate is available on smartphones and offers live transcribe with free, built-in real-time audio translation for preferred languages. You may want to download before the Forum and bring your personal earbuds or headphones.

If you don’t want to be included in photographs taken by our Forum photographer, please request a red lanyard at the registration desk to be worn during your time at the event and omit yourself from the group photo at the end of Opening Session.
PACKING TIPS
The weather in Dallas will be in the low to mid 80°F(26°C) during the day and in the low 70°F(20°C) to mid 60°F(15°C) at night. For the evenings and conference rooms, you may want to bring a light sweater or jacket. Also, you may want to leave space in your luggage for items you receive in the Forum Welcome Bag and from our Sponsors.
Dress code is comfortable business casual.
It is also recommended that you bring a refillable water bottle with you to refill during breaks to stay hydrated, as complimentary beverages are limited each day.
