Christian Hailey serves as the Data Management Specialist for GACX, where she helps steward and strengthen the alliance’s global information systems. With a Masters of Accountancy and more than a decade of experience in both for-profit and nonprofit accounting, financial operations, and organizational data strategy, Christian brings both technical precision and a collaborative spirit to her role.

Beyond her professional work, she volunteers her time helping ministries and nonprofits find financial peace and clarity in their operations. She is passionate about seeing the Church thrive through excellence, transparency, and stewardship. Having long carried a heart for missions, Christian delights in how God uses her love of data — and a bit of “nerdiness” — to advance Kingdom impact around the world. Christian currently resides in the Metro Atlanta area.
