Forum registration includes transportation to and from local airports, all meals, and program costs. Housing costs are separate and can be reviewed below. There is no need to rent a car for this Forum; instead, sit back, relax and enjoy GACX’s complimentary shuttle service to and from local airports in Asheville and Charlotte.

Registration is a two-step process. Step One: Complete the form below. After completing this form you will be directed to Step Two where you will register for your lodging at Ridgecrest Conference Center.

Registrants, including spouses, must have their own unique email address to be able to complete their registration.

Free Airport Shuttles

Save money and use free transportation provided by GACX to and from the local airports servicing Ridgecrest Conference Center. The Forum starts on Monday at 6 pm and ends on Thursday at 12 pm. We strongly recommend Forum participants fly into Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) due to its close proximity to Ridgecrest.

Yes, I'd like transportation to and from Asheville Regional Airport (AVL).

When booking flights, arrive no later than 5:00 pm (17:00) on September 29. On Monday, shuttles depart from (AVL) every hour between 10:00 AM and 4:00 pm (10:00 and 16:00). On Thursday, shuttles depart at 12 pm. Do not book your departing flight before 2:30 pm (14:30) as it is a 30 minute drive and you will need time to check-in for your flight.

Yes, I'd like transportation to and from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).

When booking flights, arrive no later than 3:00 pm (15:00) on September 29. On Monday, shuttles depart from (CLT) at 10 am, 1:00 pm & 4:00 pm (10:00, 13:00 and 16:00). On Thursday, shuttles depart at 12 pm. Do not book your departing flight before 5:00 pm (17:00) as it is a 3 hour drive and you will need time to check-in for your flight.
