After moving to Germany in 2000 to become a missionary, in 2006, Rich started to co-lead the ministries in GEM that work across Europe and in January 2011 he became the Europe Strategy Leader. He currently leads GEM's Leadership Team (GLT).

The song “Lean on Me” by Bill Withers brings back the nostalgia of middle school summer camp. I can remember singing at the top of my lungs, performing every motion, and laughing with friends throughout the song.
