Dr. Rick Fiechter

Rick has been married to Deb for 36 years, and they have five children and nine grandchildren. He has an entrepreneurial bent and has planted and pastors The Connection Church, which started and runs two licensed Foundation Counseling Center branches. Rick and his wife also started and own a rental real estate company. He enjoys serving with GACX via strategic collaboration, helping organizations and individuals connect for greater multiplication of the Lord's church worldwide. He has published Lasting Leadership and Seasons of Parenting and holds an M.A. in Ministerial Leadership and a Ph.D. in Leadership.
