The low percentage of women in influential roles within church planting organizations is highly out of proportion with the composition of the global church, which is 52% women. Women are involved and active in ministry, but their voices are often absent within high level, strategic conversations. We are missing out on an untapped reservoir of wisdom, experience, and gifting in the church planting world.

Join us as we discuss how to empower, support, and encourage women to speak into the strategic leadership conversations of the global church planting community.
