Colin Millar helps lead GACX prayer focus by championing a “pray now” lifestyle which encourages others to pursue intimacy with Jesus through vibrant prayer.

GACX is committed to the vital importance of prayer toward fulfilling our mission. Would you take five minutes to pray now for the 2016 GACX Forum? Please print this page so that you and others participants can pray regularly “Together Now” for our time in October.

We are celebrating with great expectancy what God is — and is going to do — because we, His people, are unitedly and collaboratively praying.

Scripture Let’s pray…
1 Chronicles 4:10
Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request.
  • For God to bless the 2016 GACX Forum and bring to it the right leaders whose hearts are engaged in planting 5 million more churches.
  • For the Lord’s protection on all those coming as they prepare and travel.
Psalm 133:1-3
How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! … For there the Lord bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.
  • That good strategies for collaboration will be revealed and presented during the forum.
  • For a spirit of cooperation and partnership to prevail throughout the time there.
Isaiah 64:1-2
Oh, that you would rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains would tremble before you!  As when fire sets twigs ablaze,  and causes water to boil,  come down to make your name known to your enemies  and cause the nations to quake before you!
  • For God to make His name known to all, for His glory.
  • That the Lord would establish strong and fruitful regional alliances between all parts of Christ’s body around the world.
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
  • Praise God for his desire for all to come to repentance.
  • For those in the 74 uncovered countries and territories to come to repentance, and for God would raise up churches and mission organizations to collaboratively cover these places.
Psalm 45:1
My heart is stirred by a noble theme
as I recite my verses for the king;
my tongue is the pen of a skillful writer.
  • Ask the Lord to bring together the perfect team of speakers and presenters.
  • For the Spirit to empower them to speak the Father’s message to us.
Colossians 1:9-10
For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God…
  • That Holy Spirit will fill every attendee with spiritual wisdom and knowledge of His will.
  • For the Lord to enable us to walk in a manner worthy of Him, bearing fruit in every good work.
